Phobias

Phobias are defined as an anxiety disorder characterized by extreme and irrational fear of simple things or social situations.

Phobias come in all shapes and sizes. There is fear of spiders (arachnophobia), fear of going outside (agoraphobia) and fear of heights (acrophobia) to name a few. My personal favorite is (claustrophobia), the fear of confined or small spaces. I call this my favorite because my claustrophobia afflicted me to the point I couldn’t fly for over two years. It was so bad I actually walked off planes two different times just before they shut the door. One was a Comair flight and they had to take my luggage off the plane since I was no longer on the flight. I’ll never forget the angry stares of the passengers who looked down on me from the plane while their flight was delayed for half an hour while the crew tried to locate my luggage. After trying just about everything without success, EFT finally resolved my issue. That’s when I decided to learn everything I could about EFT.

After one year of watching videos attending seminars, and practicing on friends as well as my massage and ACMOS clients who were willing to participate I started to incorporate EFT into my practice. EFT is now my main focus because of the results it has given me in all areas including Phobias, PTSD, depression and anxiety of all sorts. I also use EFT in conjunction with many of my massage clients to eliminate much of their pain and symptoms before the massage ever start.

No matter what your Phobia there is a very good chance EFT will work where all other types of therapies have failed. I have used it successfully for clients who had fear of heights, fear of public speaking and claustrophobia.
